About Us

EMAP Staff

The Environmental Management Assistance Program (EMAP) was established in 1997 by the Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers (PA SBDC) to provide environmental assistance to small businesses statewide. This is a no-cost, strictly confidential resource. All EMAP services and programs are provided on a non-discriminatory basis.

EMAP is a partnership funded, in part, by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the PA Departments of Community and Economic Development and Environmental Protection, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the participating colleges and universities.
