Many businesses must complete EPA Form R or Form A - the Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Right-to-Know Act of 1986. Covered facilities must report annually for over 650 EPCRA Section 313 chemicals and chemical categories, if chemical thresholds are exceeded.  Facilities must estimate and report the amounts of chemicals that enter the environment or are otherwise managed as waste.  Reports are required even if the release or other waste management quantities associated with these chemicals are zero.
To help understand and comply with these requirements, EPA Region 3 is offering a number of options for Toxic Release Inventory Training.
